#200
May 26, 2025
What would you say to your past self, 200 whispers ago?
200 moments ago.
200 Mondays ago.
200 chances to pause, pay attention, and ask:
What is life whispering to me now?
When I began writing these weekly whispers, it wasn’t about reaching a milestone.
It was about something smaller.
More personal.
It was an experiment for me.
A whisper to myself written with an optimism that someone else might hear it too. And here we are. Whisper #200.
And if there’s one truth that echoes across every whisper, it’s this:
Life continues to whisper in small ways but they’re never small.
It’s never about grand gestures.
It’s about brushing your teeth not just as hygiene, but as an identity.
And making other success factors in your one wild and precious life become as habitual as brushing your teeth.
It’s about finding the OneKnown in a sea of uncertainty.
It’s about recovering the simple act of walking and remembering how miraculous that was.
It’s about building a you-print, not following someone else’s blueprint.
It’s about asking not just what is my goal? but what’s the goal of my goal?
So many of these whispers came from moments of tension, of vulnerability, of stillness.
A difficult, emotional conversation.
A delayed flight.
A joyful lunch.
A career turning point.
A stranger’s passing comment that landed deeper than expected.
If you’ve been here for a reason, a season, or the whole damn journey - thank you.
200 thank you’s.
I know many of you are out there listening intently to the whispers as they arrive.
You are what makes this worth whispering.
And maybe this is what #200 is whispering:
You’ve already done more than you realise.
You’ve grown. You’ve listened. You’ve adjusted. You’ve tried again.
You’ve chosen reflection over reaction.
You’ve chosen intentionality over ‘fingers crossed’.
But this is not just a retrospective. It’s a possible turning point. A moment to adjust your path and forge another way.
Your path, your way.
So, take a moment today and consider:
💭 What has life whispered to me over these last 200 moments?
💭 What have I stopped hearing because it became too familiar?
💭 What would Whisper #201 say if I truly lived what I’ve learned?
As you move forward, don’t strive to be someone new.
Just strive to be more you.
More honest. More deliberate. More alive.
The next chapter doesn’t need fireworks. It needs awareness.
It needs attention to what truly matters.
It needs the courage to live what you already know to be true. Unapologetically.
Whether it’s your 1st or 200th they all compound.
And build from every quiet moment after that.
Keep listening.
Keep showing up.
Keep whispering to others.
Here's to your 200th whisper.
